Job Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.
- Manage job postings, resumes, and other recruitment materials.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
- Proven experience in recruitment and sales, with a focus on leadership hiring.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
