Murex MXML Developer Consultant @ Luxoft

Design, develop, and maintain MxML Exchange workflows and interface solutions

Implement and manage complex inbound and outbound messaging flows using MxML

Develop XML/XSLT transformations, message enrichment, and validation logic

Configure workflow routing, event handling, and exception management

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to MxML processing and interface failures (L2/L3 support)

Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of MxML interfaces

Support SIT, UAT, and production releases, including regression testing

Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and environment setups

Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, mappings, and configurations

6+ years of hands-on experience in Murex

Proven experience in:

MxML Exchange and interface development

Trade lifecycle integration (Pre-trade, confirmations, settlements)

Workflow orchestration and message routing

Working knowledge of Java for understanding integration components

Unix/Linux scripting experience

Good understanding of capital markets and financial products

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Core Competencies

Strong expertise in MxML Exchange and workflow configuration

Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and FO-MO-BO integration flows

Experience in interface design, message routing, and event-driven architecture

Solid knowledge of XML, XSLT, and integration patterns

Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on debugging capabilities

Experience in Commodities or multi-asset environments

Exposure to Murex APIs and integration services

Experience in large-scale transformation or upgrade programs
