About the role
This role is responsible for leading operational programs that scale partner transacting lifecycles, enable new partner business models, and drive crossfunctional execution across the Channel ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead partner operations programs across onboarding, transacting, and governance
- Partner with Sales, Enablement, Finance, and Legal to deliver scalable operating models
- Drive design and execution of new partner programs and GTM initiatives
- Lead operational change management, communications, and adoption programs
- Analyze partner operational data to drive performance insights and improvements
- Ensure compliance with operational, security, and regulatory standards
- Standardize and document partner processes and best practices
Qualifications we seek
Minimum qualifications
- Relevant experience of 618 years in Partner Operations, Channel Operations,or Program Management
- Proven experience supporting SaaS ecosystems such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, NetApp, or similar
- Strong project and change management capabilities
- Excellent executive communication and crossfunctional leadership skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with CPQ, partner transacting workflows, or sales automation tools
- Experience leading large, crossregional initiatives
