Job Description: International voice process( Only Experienced)

We are hiring for International Voice Process Customer Support role. Candidates will handle inbound/outbound calls for international clients and provide high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer calls (US/UK/Australia process)
• Resolve customer queries efficiently
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
• Update CRM with call details and resolutions
• Meet KPIs like call quality & resolution time

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication
• Customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools)
• Problem-solving ability

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 2.5 LPA 3.5 LPA (depending on experience)
• Incentives (Based on the Process)
• Cab facility (two-way depending on KM)
• 5 days working + rotational week offs

Shift Details:

• US / UK / Rotational shifts
• Work from Office
