Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage terminal HVAC maintenance operations during assigned shifts. Serve as the primary liaison between the helpdesk and stakeholders for issue resolution and task coordination. Monitor terminal HVAC systems and infrastructure to identify and respond to maintenance needs proactively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative HVAC solutions Ensure compliance with safety standards and airport operational procedures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions. Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and airport operation team to execute maintenance tasks efficiently. Respond to emergencies and operational disruptions with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
