Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tosca Test Engineer with 2-6 years of handson experience in designing, executing, and managing tests using Tricentis Tosca. The role involves close collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality software delivery through structured and reliable testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases using Tricentis Tosca, following Tosca testing standards and best practices
- Create, maintain, and update Tosca Modules, Test Cases, Test Sheets, Execution Lists, and RTBs
- Manage and monitor test executions through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)
- Collaborate with functional testers, developers, and business analysts to understand business requirements and test scenarios
- Support test data preparation and validation required for test execution
- Perform test execution analysis, identify failures, and ensure accurate defect reporting
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, including proper root cause analysis
- Prepare and share test execution reports and test status updates with stakeholders
- Provide test execution support during release cycles
- Handle ad hoc testing or execution requests as required
- Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and testing practices within Tosca
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed
Required Skills
- Strong handson experience with Tricentis Tosca (Testing)
- Solid understanding of test design, test execution, and defect management
- Experience working in CI/CDdriven testing environments
- Familiarity with test and defect tracking tools such as JIRA
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
