Inviting applications for the role of Manager Proposal Content & Knowledge Management
Job Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
About the role
This role owns proposal content strategy and knowledge management, ensuring highquality, reusable content that improves proposal effectiveness and sales productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain proposal knowledgebase architecture and taxonomy
- Partner with subjectmatter experts to curate and refresh proposal content
- Ensure proposal content is customerfocused, compliant, and reusable
- Maintain governance around content quality, legal accuracy, and version control
- Analyze proposal usage, effectiveness, and content performance metrics
- Train proposal and sales teams on knowledgebase usage
Qualifications we seek
Minimum qualifications
- Relevant experience of 610 years in proposal management, content management, or sales enablement
- Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise technology proposals (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, NetApp)
- Strong content writing, review, and structuring skills
- Expertise with MS Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and collaboration tools
Preferred qualifications
- APMP certification or project management credentials
- Experience with proposal automation platforms
