Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and recruit agent partners within your assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships to drive consistent insurance sales.
Conduct field visits for agent engagement, training, and market development.
Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Perform monthly goal setting with partners and break down the plan into weekly targets to consistently achieve overall sales objectives.
Train prospects on products and partners on using the PBPartners portal and app.
Stay updated with product knowledge and provide necessary training to agent partners.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 0-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Agency/Channel sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and target-based responsibilities.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

Salary: As per company norms + Attractive Incentives.
