Job Requirements
Job Purpose:The Policy/Risk Manager plays a critical role within the Risk function, based in Mumbai. The role is responsible for assessing, managing, and reporting risks for assigned business units. It involves implementing strategies to ensure effective risk coverage and alignment of the asset portfolio with the banks desired risk levels. The role also includes preparing risk assurance reports and summaries for senior management to support strategic decision-making aligned with the banks broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine program policies based on risk assessment and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor portfolio delinquencies at a micro-segment level and identify cohorts for policy actions.
- Prepare BRDs and manage end-to-end policy implementation in systems.
- Use analytics to track portfolio performance and measure policy impact.
- Prepare monthly dashboards and reports (portfolio performance, TTD, delinquency, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams and present insights effectively.
Graduation: Full time graduate in any discipline from a recognised institution.
Post-graduation: MBA from a recognised institution.
Experience- 1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in policy, risk, analytics, or related areas.
- 2. Strong communication and documentation skills.
- 3. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and working with large datasets.
- 4. Ability to analyze trends and recommend data-driven policy actions.
