Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of admissions counselors to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, academics, and finance teams to align recruitment goals with institutional capacity.
Process Excellence: Streamline the admissions journeyfrom initial inquiry to final enrollmentto improve the candidate experience and conversion rates.

Experienced: You have 810 years of solid experience in the EdTech sector or a University admissions office.
Results-Oriented: You have a proven track record of managing budgets effectively and delivering measurable ROI.
Strategic Thinker: You don't just follow a process; you look for ways to improve it through data and automation.
Communication Pro: You can build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Expertise in using CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or LeadSquared) to track the sales funnel.
Deep knowledge of the domestic and/or international education market.
