Position Summary:
The Financial Systems Analyst will report to the Manager of Corporate Systems and will be responsible for various tasks related to financial system administration, reporting, process migrations, and system
upgrades. This role will also involve financial and project analysis and communication covering month- end close processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key resource for financial systems, including reporting tools (OneSource), general ledger system (JD Edwards), Microsoft 365, etc.
- Perform all tasks related to administration of the Trintech software, including all configuration and maintenance activities.
- Support system deliverables, coordinate divisional inquiries and accounting system requirements.
- Manage and monitor the quality and timeliness of reconciliations and close tasks.
- Monitor interfaces and automated jobs, troubleshoot issues, and partner with various technology teams to correct any issues.
- Develop and update system documentation and training materials.
- Perform testing in system enhancement and upgrade projects.
- Execute data integrity checks and security access review processes.
- Track and prepare the global monthly general ledger maintenance submissions from divisions
- including company, account and business unit adds, edits, and deactivations.
- Oversee systems-related processes that are completed by other Global Accounting COE teams
- Support various system-related projects, as needed.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting or Information Systems)
- 4-6 years of experience
- Excellent verbal, written, computer, financial data, internal consulting, and customer-focused communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to follow through on multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products; Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word
- Detail-oriented and must be able to work in a team environment and independently priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
