Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated graduates from Arts background to join our team as Customer Support Executives (Voice & Non-Voice processes).


This role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Voice Process:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Non-Voice Process:

  • Respond to customer queries via email/chat
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate (Arts background preferred)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
  • Comfortable with Work from Office setup

Required Skills:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries patiently
  • Basic typing skills for non-voice roles
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Team player with a positive mindset

Working Conditions:

  • Night Shift (Rotational / Fixed based on process)
  • Work from Office only
  • Week offs as per company policy
