Role: Content Moderator
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Contract (3 Months)
Shift: Night Shift
Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab Provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content as per company guidelines
• Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
• Ensure platform compliance with content policies
• Maintain accuracy and quality while handling sensitive content
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate / Graduate (Any discipline)
• Freshers are welcome
• Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
• All relevant documents are mandatory for experienced candidates
• Good written and comprehension skills in English

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 3.5 LPA
• Joining Bonus: 20,000
• Night shift allowance (if applicable)
• 2-way cab facility

Interview Process:

1. AMCAT Assessment
2. Versant (Non-Voice) Minimum 60 Score Required
3. Content Assessment
4. Operations Manager Round
