Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and design preferences
Create design concepts, mood boards, and space plans
Develop 2D layouts and 3D designs (using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and dcor elements
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
Coordinate with project managers and site teams for execution
Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and accuracy
Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Ensure adherence to brand standards, quality, and client expectations
