Job Description
Job Requirement Security Officer
We are hiring a Security Officer to manage end-to-end security operations and ensure the safety of employees, assets, and company premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security guards and manage shift-based deployment.
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance.
- Manage visitor entry, access control, and visitor registers.
- Handle inward/outward material movement with proper documentation.
- Coordinate transport operations and ensure vehicle compliance.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with police/fire/medical teams.
- Support VIP, government visits, and company events.
- Ensure security compliance, reporting, and documentation.
Eligibility & Skills
- Experience: 35 years as Security Officer / Supervisor (pharma, manufacturing, or corporate setup preferred).
- Education: Minimum 10+2; Graduation/Diploma preferred.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, security protocols, and basic MS Office.
- Good communication, vigilance, and ability to handle emergencies.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
