We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in Gurugram. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the BPO/Customer Service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls
• Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate not mandatory
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Candidates with travel/non-travel or voice/non-voice experience are welcome
• Good communication skills in English required
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
