Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Voice Process in Gurugram. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in the BPO/Customer Service industry. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Document call details and update records

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory (Non-B.Tech candidates only)
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in a voice process

Experience:

Freshers are welcome
Prior experience in voice process/customer service is an added advantage

Salary:

15,500 per month for freshers
Up to 17,500 per month for experienced candidates

Additional Requirements:

Immediate joiners preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
