Job Description

Act as the bridge between corporate HR and the field salesforce by partnering with sales leaders on organizational structure, recruitment, designing incentive/ recognition programs, performance management, training, and employee engagement.

Required Candidate profile

MBA HR from a reputed institute
5-10 years experience as an HR, specifically supporting sales/ field teams in the pharmaceutical industry
A good understanding of pharmaceutical sales structure
