Key Responsibilities:

WiFi Installation at customer premises
Handling Service Requests & Troubleshooting
Router Configuration & Network Setup
Cable Laying & Basic Networking
Resolving Customer Complaints within TAT

Required Skills:

Basic Networking Knowledge
Understanding of Fiber / Broadband Installation

Additional Requirements:

Two-Wheeler Mandatory

Valid Driving License Required
