Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for a Banking Sales Process. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining banking products, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with good communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• Experienced Candidates: 17,000 In-hand + 1,000 Bonus
• Freshers: 15,000 In-hand + 1,000 Bonus
• Incentives: Up to 10,000 based on performance

Shift Details:

• Fixed Day Shift
• Sunday Fixed Week Off

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and explain banking products and services
• Generate sales by promoting banking products
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
