We are hiring high-profile professionals for a Reputed International Luxury Brand opening its showroom at a prime location in Kolkata. We are looking for dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-focused candidates with a strong background in luxury service environments.Open Positions:
1. Customer Relationship Executive / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to HNI/UHNI clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure client retention and repeat business
2. Business Development Executive / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build strong networks with potential high-value clients
- Plan and execute strategies to increase showroom sales
- Maintain market and competitor analysis
3. Retail / Floor Executive / Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Ensure premium visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assist customers and drive sales conversions
- Maintain inventory coordination and floor discipline
4. HR / Office & Floor Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee records and attendance
- Coordinate administrative and floor-level operations
- Support overall showroom functioning
Candidate Profile:
- Preferred: Female candidates
- Experience in Luxury Retail / Hospitality / Aviation / Advertising industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed personality with a customer-centric approach
- Experience handling HNI / UHNI / VIP clientele will be an added advantage
