Role Summary
The VIP Personalised team at Shaadi.com provides premium matchmaking services through dedicated Relationship Managers (RMs). We are building AI-powered systems that augment RM workflows helping them identify better matches faster , detect member dissatisfaction early , and improve overall service efficiency.
The Associate Product Manager (APM) will help design and launch AI-driven tools that improve RM productivity and customer experience at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Product Development
- Identify opportunities to apply AI across the VIP member journey
- Translate RM workflows into scalable AI-powered product features
- Define product requirements for AI-enabled capabilities
RM Workflow Intelligence
Build tools that assist RMs with:
- Member insights
- Matchmaking signals
- Engagement risk detection
- Conversation summaries
- Next-best actions
Experimentation & Impact
- Define metrics to evaluate AI features
- Run experiments and iterate based on usage and outcomes
- Drive adoption of AI tools within RM workflows
Required Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Technical Product roles
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Experience working with data-driven products
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and operations teams
- Experience working on AI or ML-enabled products
- Familiarity with LLM-based applications
- Experience in consumer platforms, marketplaces, or CX products
