Role & responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of hotel operations (staffing, guest experience, upkeep)
Drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability for assigned properties
Ensure adherence to OYOs service and quality standards
Manage on-ground teams including front office, housekeeping, and F&B (if applicable)
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
