For more information, visit www.vml.com Role Summary We are seeking an ORM Executive to monitor brand conversations across digital platforms, respond to customer queries and feedback, and support reputation management initiatives through reporting, sentiment analysis, and issue resolution. The role involves working closely with internal teams, maintaining response protocols, and proactively identifying potential risks to brand reputation. Roles & Responsibilities Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and conversations across social media, forums, blogs, and review platforms using social listening tools or manually. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues raised online. Prepare regular ORM reports highlighting insights, sentiment analysis, and brand KPIs. Track competitor reputation and industry trends for benchmarking. Identify potential online crisis situations and assist in managing them proactively. Support campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand reputation. Maintain response guidelines, tone of voice, and escalation protocols. Skills & Competencies Male candidates preferred. Graduate / bachelor's degree. 6 months 1 year of experience in ORM. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of ORM/social listening tools. Ability to analyse sentiment and trends. Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts) and weekends Alternate week 6 days and 5 days working Willingness to travel / work from Andheri East (SBI Life Office) and/or VML Offic
