HR Recruiter (Non-IT) Only Experienced -(1-3yrs) With PF /UAN mandatory !!!! WFO Only !!! Bangalore location mandatory
We are looking for a result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a high-priority role requiring Immediate Joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via Naukri and other portals.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups until joining.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 5,00,000 PA+ Incentives
1 yr below with PF - 25K CTC
1.5 yr - 30k CTC
2.5 yr to 3yr - 40k CTC
- Transport: 2-Way Cab Facility provided.
- Statutory: PF (Provident Fund) is Mandatory from previous company
- Location - Mumbai , Bangalore , Gurugram , Noida, Chennai (Work from Office)
Work Schedule & Interview:
- Shift: General Shift (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
- Working Days: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Off).
- Interview Process: 1 Round Virtual Interview (Online).
- Mode: WFO (Work from Office).
Requirements:
- Experience: 1- 3 years in Non-IT recruitment only - Sourcing mandatory.
- Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred.- No notice period (Joining should be in a week)
