* Perform Revenue Leakage Audits to identify discrepancies in bookings, tariffs, and inventory.
* Carry out Guest Experience (GX) Audits to assess the end-to-end guest journey.
* Maintain accurate audit reports, documentation, and tracking dashboards.
* Share actionable insights and coordinate with internal teams for corrective actions and improvements.
