PMO - Assistant Manager - Navi Mumbai / Pune @ Hexaware Technologies

Job Description

Role :

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage large cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Act as the primary POC for enterprise clients, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee SOW creation, change requests, contract compliance, and scope governance.
• Coordinate multiple related projects under program structure, managing dependencies and risks.
• Build executive-level project reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel; prepare client-facing decks using PowerPoint.
• Implement automation to streamline project management activities (dashboards, trackers, workflows).
• Track project financials, budgets, forecasts, and commercial deliverables.

Job Responsibilities :

• Bachelors in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 712 years of experience in IT or service-based project management.
• Proven experience managing large teams and multi-project environments.
• Hands-on SOW and contract management experience.
• Expertise in MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, macros, or workflow tools..

• PMP / PRINCE2
• Scrum Master / Agile Certification
• ITIL
