Job Description: Operations Executive (FnV)
Location : Sulibele, bangalore.
Role Objective
The Operations Executive will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day functioning of the Collection Centre. The primary focus is on managing the procurement and handling of Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (FnV), ensuring high standards of hygiene, and maintaining precise operational records.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Management
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end daily activities at the Collection Centre (CC).
- Ensure efficient receiving, sorting, and grading of FnV products according to quality standards.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of stock to prevent wastage and ensure timely dispatch.
2. Quality & Compliance
- Strictly enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product handling.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation across the facility to comply with food safety standards.
- Uphold discipline and safety protocols among the ground staff.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, including inventory logs and procurement receipts.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports using MS Office (Excel).
- Manage professional communication via email with the head office or logistics partners.
4. Team Coordination
- Lead and supervise ground workers or helpers to ensure productivity.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to align with farmer delivery schedules
