- Timely opening of Store and adherence to all the processes at store opening

- Optimum utilization of manpower & Team Development

- Customer satisfaction/ service, Avoid stock outs, loss of sale

- Loss prevention, Customer Satisfaction & Service

- Pilferage control

- Asset maintenance, customer convenience & service

- Team building, Employee Engagement

- Space management, Maintain the hygiene

- Statutory compliance

- Safety of store assets & Property
