Role & responsibilities - Should have worked in the building material manufacturing companies only
- Preference will be given to the one who worked in door hardware company
- Should have worked in project segment only (Institutional Sales)
- Geographical areas know-how is a must where stationed
- Good rapport with key persons or deciding authorities of builders & developers, meeting with them
regularly
- Searching of new projects, generating leads, meeting with purchase and project people, submission
of catalogues, samples & display boards, quotations, negotiations, order receipts, planning and
execution of orders, payment collection, achieving targets on monthly basis
- Meeting to the Architects, PMC's and Contractors, giving product presentations and getting our
products specified
- Preparation of Data of customers
- Submitting all the working data regularly
- Collection of order on weekly, monthly basis and achievement as per targets
