Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international calls from UK, US, AU, NZ clients with excellent communication skills.
- Provide customer support to resolve client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Centre environment.
- Strong knowledge of Australian, UK, US processes (inbound/outbound) preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
