Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and implement effective quality control processes.
Develop and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a BPO or Call Centre environment.
Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends.
Strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Experience with quality control processes and procedures is essential.
