Job Description
Mandatory skills:GCP, migration, Architect, design, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design,and implement robust and scalable infrastructure solutions on GCP to supportbusiness applications and services.
- Lead and oversee themigration of on-premises infrastructure and workloads to GCP, ensuring minimaldowntime and maximum efficiency.
- Develop and maintainsecurity best practices and compliance standards for GCP infrastructure.Implement security controls and monitoring.
- Optimize GCPresources and costs by analyzing usage and recommending cost-effectivesolutions while maintaining performance and scalability.
- Design and implementhigh availability and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems hostedon GCP.
- Create and manageinfrastructure as code (IaC) templates using tools like Terraform or DeploymentManager for automated provisioning and scaling.
- Monitor and optimizethe performance of GCP infrastructure, troubleshoot performance issues, andimplement improvements.
- Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including DevOps, development, and security, to ensureseamless integration of infrastructure components.
- Create and maintaincomprehensive documentation for infrastructure architecture, configurations,and procedures.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience asan Infrastructure Architect, with a strong focus on GCP.
-Google CloudProfessional Architect certification is highly desirable.
-Deep understanding ofcloud computing concepts, GCP services, and networking.
-Strong expertise ininfrastructure as code (IaC) tools and practices (Terraform).
-Experience withcontainerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) on GCP.
-Knowledge of securitybest practices and compliance standards on GCP.
-Familiarity withDevOps methodologies and tools.
-Strong problem-solvingand analytical skills.
-Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills.
-Projectmanagement experience is a plus.
