As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring improved control, precision, and data integrity throughout testing activities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive innovation in testing methodologies, contributing to the overall success of the project and organizational goals.Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts using TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot automation issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to integrate automated testing into the software delivery lifecycle.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
