Job Description

Role - Field Auditor

Location: Noida, Delhi, Gurugram

Role Type: Field Role

Education - MBA Preferred,

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Conduct Mystery Audits to evaluate service quality and operational standards at our hotels.

* Perform Revenue Leakage Audits to identify discrepancies in bookings, tariffs, and inventory.

* Carry out Guest Experience (GX) Audits to assess the end-to-end guest journey.

* Maintain accurate audit reports, documentation, and tracking dashboards.

* Share actionable insights and coordinate with internal teams for corrective actions and improvements.

Dress Code - Formals

Must have- A Bike and a laptop.
