Key Responsibilities

Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems such as:
- ServiceNow
- Workday
- CRM systems
- internal APIs
Develop API connectors and middleware services.
Implement event-driven integration patterns.
Ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Build data pipelines and integration workflows.
Maintain integration reliability and performance.

Required Skills

API development (REST / GraphQL)
Middleware and integration platforms
Event-driven architectures
Authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO)
Data transformation pipelines

Preferred Experience

Enterprise integration platforms
