Job Description

• Responsable de controlar, clasificar, validar y canalizar tickets operativos y requerimientos de servicio dentro de la operaci n AMS, asegurando calidad de informaci n, cumplimiento de procesos, correcta priorizaci n y asignaci n oportuna hacia los equipos resolutores.
• Responsable del seguimiento inicial de backlog operativo y del apego a los procedimientos definidos bajo esquema de turnos.

• Validar la informaci n de los tickets antes de su asignaci n.
• Clasificar incidentes y requerimientos seg n prioridad y categor a.
• Canalizar tickets al grupo de soporte correspondiente.
• Dar seguimiento a tickets pendientes y backlog operativo.
• Apoyar el flujo de escalaci n operativa.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de procesos definidos en AMS.
• Coordinar con equipos de servicio para atenci n oportuna.
• Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la operaci n.
