UI/UX designer @ Tata Consultancy

Job Description

• Create high-quality UI designs in Figma that align with Customers design system and accessibility standards.
• Conduct the full breadth of UX research including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic audits, usability testing, and data synthesis.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple PtP program modules.
• Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.oEnsure consistency and usability across all modules through design governance and iteration.oUtilize Figma Make and incorporate AI-driven design tools to improve design efficiency, prototyping, and testing workflows.
• Key Skills ExperienceoProven experience in UXUI design for complex, multi-module applications.oAdvanced Figma skills for both prototyping and design system application.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and their application in UXUI workflows.oStrong background in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.oAbility to manage multiple workstreams and meet delivery timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Tools AccessoCustomers will provide access to relevant systems, design libraries, research tools, and collaboration platforms.oAll work to be delivered in accordance with Customers brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and data security
