Monitoring Support Engineer Senior

Requirements

Monitor Magento based sites alerts Extensive experience with Monitoring / Logging / Alerting systems Linux Servers experience.

Very familiar with the command line Familiarity with AWS. (EC2, S3. ESB).

Experience understanding and handling incidents/situations in a general way & quickly identify when to escalate.

Process/Document Oriented Understand the Escalation chain Experience using.

Problem and Incident Management Solutions.

Responsibilities

Escalation chain Experience using Problem and Incident Management Solutions.

Experience using KEKB (Known-Error Knowledge Base) Intellectual curiosity to pursue the unknown and to continuously learn Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Good communication skills and a desire to work in a team-based environment Must be able to speak and write in English. 3-4 year of experience Desired: ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
