Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
• Ensure adherence to established design systems, branding guidelines, and UI standards
• Optimize user experience through continuous iteration based on user feedback and analytics
• Maintain documentation of design processes, guidelines, and assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• professional experience in UI/UX design or related roles
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and problem-solving approach
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
• Working knowledge of responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
