Location: Airoli (Navi Mumbai)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2-4Yrs
About the Role : We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in recruitment, sourcing, and end to end hiring processes. You will be trained and guided by senior recruiters to develop strong hiring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial telephonic screening with candidates
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Support end-to-end recruitment for entry level and midlevel positions
- Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Learn and work with ATS / HR tools used in the hiring process
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
