Business Analyst US Regulatory Reporting @ Cognizant

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong US Regulatory Reporting experience to support North American banking clients. The role involves regulatory requirement analysis, stakeholder engagement, and functional validation across Agile delivery programs.

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad

Key Requirements

• 57 years of experience in Business Analysis within Banking / Financial Services
• Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory compliance
• Mandatory experience in US / North American regulatory reporting
• Hands-on exposure to FR Y-9C, FR Y-14Q, FR 2052a reports
• Experience in QA/UAT functional validation
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have

• CCAR exposure
• Experience with Axiom regulatory reporting platform
• Exposure to Risk and Capital calculations
