Hiring Trainer | Edits & Denials Trainer| CorroHealth

Role: Edits & Denials (Medical Coding) Trainer

Experience: 3-6 Years

Background- Medical Coders

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver training on Edits & Denials management for medical coding teams
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for coders
Analyze denial trends and create training modules to reduce errors
Provide hands-on guidance on coding accuracy, compliance, and quality improvement
Collaborate with QA and Operations teams to enhance team performance
Prepare training materials, reports, and performance trackers

Eligibility Criteria:

Certification Mandatory: CPC / CIC / CCS
Experience: 3-6 years in medical coding with trainer experience
Strong knowledge of Edits & Denials processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Additional Requirements:

Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 1-month notice period preferred
Willingness to work from office (Noida location)
