Job Description
Name of the Position:- Front Desk Executive
Role: Front Desk Executive
Department: Operations / Customer Service
Locations: Valasaravakkam, Avadi, Tondiarpet, OMR Karapakkam, Tambaram, Virudhachalam & Vellore
Experience: 25 Years (Diagnostic Industry Preferred)
Open Positions: 15
Salary: Up to 20,000
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Purpose:
To manage patient interactions at the front desk, ensuring smooth registration, billing, and coordination while delivering excellent customer service in a diagnostic centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection
- Guide patients regarding tests, procedures, and report collection
- Coordinate with lab technicians and doctors for smooth operations
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and data entry in the system
- Ensure proper queue management and patient flow
- Address patient concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk
Job Specification:
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience: 25 years in a diagnostic centre/hospital front office
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English & Regional Language)
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software / MS Office)
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and multitasking
Additional Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Experience in diagnostic centres is mandatory
- Flexible to work in shifts
