Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidates must have good hands at Galileo, Amadeus, Saver etc. online portals
• Good knowledge of International & Domestic destinations
• Must have experience in Issue, Reissue, Cancellation and Refunds.
• Issuing Domestic and International Air Tickets & Train tickets
• Should maintain good relations with vendors
• Contracting with Airline agents
• Need to handle inbound calls
• Need to handle corporate client queries of Air Ticketing and Tour Packages
• Working knowledge of group queries
• Need to attend customer queries by e-mail and phone calls
• Need to support customers to select best options, Issuance & Re-Issuance of Air Tickets
