Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Talk to customers in a polite and professional way.
Provide correct information about products or services.
Solve customer problems or guide them to the right solution.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Work with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers if needed.

Skills Required:

Good spoken communication (English, Hindi, or local language).
Clear and confident voice.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and patience while talking to customers.
Ability to work in a team.
