Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Dispense medications to patients according to prescriptions and provide counseling on their use.
Monitor patient health outcomes and report adverse reactions or side effects to medical staff.
Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications, inventory management, and patient interactions.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve issues related to medication therapy.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.pharm 0r D.pharm).
0-2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy or hospital setting.
Must have Gujarat pharmacy license
