Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client hiring needs and position our staffing solutions accordingly
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls and client meetings
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals with clients
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets (calls, meetings, closures)

Daily Expectations

• Make 100120 outbound calls per day
• Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn outreach
• Schedule 12 client meetings/demos per week
• Maintain consistent pipeline activity
