Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Telecom Radio Domain Expert who has successfully transitioned into Data Science and AI, with hands-on experience in building intelligent analytics platforms, automation solutions, and RF engineering tools.
The role requires deep Telecom RAN knowledge combined with modern AI/ML, GenAI, and data engineering capabilities to drive network intelligence, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across mobility and broadband networks.
The candidate will work at the intersection of Telecom Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Product Management, leading cross-functional teams to develop next-generation AI-powered network tools and platforms.
Telecom Network Intelligence
- Leverage deep RAN / RF engineering expertise to design AI-driven network optimization and automation solutions.
- Develop advanced analytics models for network performance, coverage optimization, anomaly detection, and capacity planning.
- Build tools for RF planning, KPI analytics, root cause analysis, and self-optimizing networks (SON).
AI & Data Science
- Design and deploy Machine Learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions for telecom use cases.
- Develop models using Python, PySpark, and distributed data frameworks.
- Apply predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and reinforcement learning for network automation.
- Integrate GenAI-powered assistants and copilots for NOC, planning, and field operations.
Data Engineering & Platforms
- Build and manage large-scale telecom data pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and distributed databases.
- Architect data platforms for network telemetry, KPI streaming, and analytics dashboards.
- Work with cloud and big data environments to process high-volume telecom datasets.
RF Tools & Automation
- Design and develop RF engineering tools, automation frameworks, and analytics dashboards.
- Build Python-based automation scripts and microservices for network operations.
- Integrate tools with OSS/NMS systems and telecom platforms.
Product & Program Leadership
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for telecom AI/analytics platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, developers, and telecom SMEs.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across network planning, operations, marketing, and IT teams.
Team Leadership
- Mentor teams across data science, AI engineering, and telecom domain experts.
- Establish best practices for AI model development, automation, and agile delivery.
- Lead strategic AI-driven digital transformation programs in telecom networks.
Required Skills
Telecom Domain
- Strong expertise in RAN / RF Engineering (4G/5G).
- Experience in network KPIs, drive testing, planning tools, SON, and optimization.
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystems and network data sources.
AI / Data Science
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning.
- GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
- Predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
