Senior Program Manager Intelligent Automation & AI Bangalore
Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for Intelligent Automation initiatives including RPA, Process Mining, Task Mining, IDP, Workflow, AI/ML, Gen AI, and Analytics.
Identify automation opportunities in collaboration with business units, process excellence, and audit teams.
Define program scope, timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful execution within budget and quality standards.
Drive benefits realization including efficiency gains, cost optimization, and error reduction.
Manage cross-functional global teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Establish governance frameworks, monitor program progress, and mitigate risks proactively.
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and organizational standards.
Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver complex transformation programs.
Requirements
- 1820 years of experience in BFSI domain (Insurance preferred).
810 years of experience in Program Management, including Greenfield projects.
Strong exposure to Intelligent Automation (RPA, AI/ML, Process Mining, Gen AI, etc.).
Proven expertise in managing large-scale transformation programs.
Experience with project management tools like Planview, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Science or related field.
PMP / Agile certifications (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) is a plus.
